We selected this arrangement specifically because it had tulips in it. I heard the actual arrangement had no tulips...my supervisor was happy with the arrangement but I'm disappointed that no effort appears to have been made to even remotely make the arrangement similar to what was pictured. Yes, you have a disclaimer but it's spring and tulips are readily available. Secondly, I called 2x asking that a delivery confirmation be sent via email and was assured a message would be sent. Yet no message was received...checked my spam folder as well just to make sure. Thankfully all worked out...my boss was happy and it did arrive by the scheduled time.
