Great service, good communication about delivery if you ask for it, and my friend was pleased with her flowers. My only negative comment is that I wish the bouquet looked more like the image on the web site. With the exception of the hydrangea, all of the other flowers were different, including the color scheme. I can say that what was delivered looked very pretty and fresh, I just wouldn't have picked pink for this particular friend, plus I really wanted calla lilies to be in it.
