Your floral arrangement are always beautiful & exactly as the picture & the flowers are always very fresh. The last order I placed was on a Tuesday late afternoon to be delivered to a Manhattan hospital on Wednesday, I provided all the correct details for the delivery, but was disappointed to get a message from your store that it was only going to be delivered on Thursday. The patient never received the arrangement because she was transferred to rehab on Thursday. When placing an order if the customer is told it will be delivered Wednesday then that’s when it should be delivered.
