UPDATE:
The owner reached out to me directly this morning and was extremely apologetic / really seemed to feel terrible about what happened. They upgraded the arrangement and had it sent out immediately this morning. Sister received it and was ecstatic. Although it was a frustrating experience at first, the owner's response of going above and beyond to make the situation right truly stood out. Things happen, all we can do is react, and they reacted exceptionally (I clearly did not). I want to retract my comments and express my gratitude to the entire Avenue J team. Thanks for taking a rough experience and making it right. Will definitely call for our next flower needs!
Initial Review:
Worst florist I’ve worked with! At first i was beyond excited for the delivery and even got a call saying the order was accidentally marked as delivered but was still en route. Come to find out 6 hours later that they were never delivered, I was never notified or informed, and when I tried to call they never answered the phone nor returned my voicemail the next day. Spending $150 on flowers should NOT result in anything like the experience I had.
